The Annual Meeting of the Reedsburg Country Club is scheduled for

Sunday March 18th, at 3:00 p.m. at RCC.

A ballot for the upcoming election for Board of Directors is included in this mailing. As more members are away from the area at this time the written ballot will enable each membership to register a personal vote in the election process.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, please return the ballot in the envelope provided. The envelope is numbered purely for identification of who has voted. Once all envelopes are checked off, ballots will be removed and envelope discarded before counting is done to maintain privacy. It is important that ballots are received a day or two before the meeting on March 18th.

Members, who will be in attendance, should also place their ballot in the return envelope and bring both to the meeting.

The board of directors is asking all members of the Reedsburg Country Club to encourage friends and clients to join as new members of the club. Your club’s future, now more than ever, depends on a growing & supporting membership.
